In AnTuTu the Redmi K20 flagship killer manages to score as high as 458,754, Redmi President Lu Weibing announced. It must be noted that most flagships powered by Snapdragon 855 have achieved AnTuTu score of up to 400k. Xiaomi latest flagship aka Mi 9 is currently one of the best scoring flagships on AnTuTu. The Mi 9 scores 370,00 on an average on AnTuTu benchmark site.
Well, the AnTuTu scores come as a surprise as the Redmi flagship killer is expected to be a mid-range phone. Rumours suggest that the Redmi K20 will be the cheapest Snapdragon 855 phone launched so far. In AnTuTu benchmark site the Redmi K20 appears with code-name Raphael.
The Redmi K20 is expected to come with a 6.39-inch AMOLED notchless display and is said to be powered by Snapdragon 855 processor that currently powers phones like OnePlus 7 Pro. The Redmi flagship is also said to be big on cameras. On the front, the phone is said to include a pop-up selfie camera that will include a 32MP sensor. On the back panel, the Redmi flagship is said to include three cameras – 48MP primary sensor + 8MP ultrawide sensor and 16MP telephoto lens. Leaks suggest that the phone will come with Snapdragon 855, 4000mAh battery, up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
Some leaks suggest that the Redmi K20 will come in three variants — 6GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB, and 8GB+256GB. The Redmi K20 Pro is tipped to come in four variants — 6GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB, and 8GB+256GB. In addition, the leaks also suggest that both the Redmi K20 and the Redmi K20 Pro will come in three colours including — Carbon Fiber Black, Glacier Blue and Flame Red.
